Terms & Conditions
- This is an agreement between you and your driving instructor. It is effective from the
day you book in your first driving lesson. - All our instructors are self-employed therefore all payments for provision of driving
tuition fee are between the pupil and instructor.. - Once driving lesson is booked, a cancelations requires a 48hrs of notice otherwise you
will be charged full driving lesson fee. - All Lesson prices on our driving school website subject to change without any notice.
- All discounted (Block booking) lessons must be paid for in advance unless by prior
arrangement and agreement with your instructor. - If you would like to have a refund on a block booking package, all lessons taken
would be charged at standard lesson rate and anything outstanding would be refunded
back. - All prepaid lessons must be used within 6 months from purchase.
- In case any learner not turning up; Instructor will wait for 15 minutes unless pre
agreed with your instructor, otherwise a full lesson fee will be charged. - In case of instructor being late due to any unforeseen circumstance best effort will
be made to update the pupil and any time lost will be made up by instructor. - Your Instructor reserves the right to cancel or finish a lesson early on grounds of
safety. - Instructor has right to cancel and reschedule your driving lesson if weather conditions
- If weather conditions don’t allow to carry a driving lesson, for your safety instructor
has right to cancel and residual your driving lesson. - Lesson start and finish place can be different but only if its pre agreed with your
instructor - Its discretion of the driving instructor to set different price based on the area or time
of lesson. - We will refund your deposit if we are unable to arrange a driving instructor for you
within your availability. - Learn and Drive driving school reserves the right to terminate any lesson in the event
of learner is either rude, abusive, under the influence of drugs or unfit for health
problems. Full lesson fee will be deduced. - Standard lesson payment can be made in advance or prior to your driving lesson
- To hire your instructors car on test day fees start from £70 (T&C apply).
- If a learner is not ready for test and/or booked their practical driving test without
notifying their driving instructor there will be no assurance that his/her car will be
available for the test. - In the event of the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) cancelling the driving
practical test on test day, no refund will be given for the pre-test lessons and the hire
of the driving school vehicle ; any claim must be made direct to the DVSA
